Residential/Home Cleaning

For your convienience we offer 3 different levels of cleaning.

General –  This cleaning rate applies only to spaces which have been maintained
by regular housekeeping and has 1 layer of dirt build up.


Medium Cleaning - This cleaning rate applies only to spaces which have been maintained
every couple of weeks or at least once per month and has 2 layers of dirt build up.

 

Deep Cleaning - This cleaning rate applies only to spaces which have NOT been
maintained by anyone in a year or more and has 3-4 layers of dirt build up.

 

We will supply all basic cleaning supplies including vacuum.  Any other special cleaning supplies not listed below will have to be provided by the home owner.

Bleach- To disinfect and whiten stained sinks and counters.

Vinegar Water- For marble, granite, and some wood floors.

All purpose- For other dirty surfaces, such as tiled floors.

Windex- For windows, and mirrors.

Murphy's Soap- For older wood floors.

Furniture Polish- For dusting wood, and stainless steel.

Comet or Ajax- For showers tubs, toilets, and other problem areas.

Additional Services:

In addition to the standard cleaning services your home or business may require, Dusty's Cleaning offers a number of other services to keep your home or workplace looking it's best. These services can be quoted along with your original bid or requested at any time as an individual service.
Other Services We Provide

Interior Window Washing
This service is available to all residential and commercial clients in conjunction with their cleaning package or as a separate service.

Interior Appliance Cleaning
The interior of your refrigerator/freezer or oven can be cleaned at your request. This service is provided to our regular cleaning customers for an additional $10 per appliance. It can also be requested in conjunction with a rental prep or move-in/move-out.

Wall Washing
This service is a separately quoted service for our residential customers and rates are set depending on the number, size and condition of walls.

Move-In/Move-Out Prep
This service consists of a detailed cleaning package done to your specifications. Clients who are moving into or out of a home are able to have as much or as little done to make their move a comfortable one. All services seen in this specialty list are available to choose from and a quote is done based on the number of services chosen, as well as the size and condition of the home. Whether a home requires a little or a lot of attention, we can make your move easier.

Market Prep
The preparation of your home to be placed on an open market is very important. A clean home not only assures a buyer that it is well cared for, it helps the owner sell faster and at the highest possible value. This service is available not only to homeowners, but Realtors as well.

Foreclosure/Rehabilitative Cleaning
This service is designed specifically with Realtors and City Contractors in mind. Homes that have been severely neglected can often be rehabilitated. Let us help you bring a home back to life. All services listed can be provided. Estimates are free.

Post Construction/Renovation Cleaning
This service is specifically for those homeowners who have done home remodeling and need to rid themselves of the dust and debris that accompanies such an endeavor. Whether you need help with the whole house or only a portion, give us a call. We're here to help.

Basement Cleaning
This service is specifically designed for that area of the home which often tends to be neglected.. We will provide debris removal, all cleaning services from top to bottom and will do all or only a portion.

Garage/Attic Cleaning
The garage and attic are areas of the home that nobody likes to clean. We do! We can provide debris removal if necessary and power washing of that garage floor to get it looking like new.

Handyman Services
These services include simple tasks around the home or office that do not require the expertise of a plumber or an electrician. They may include such things as light fixture installation, blind replacement or re-caulking of a tub/shower area. Many of our clients benefit from this added service.

Pet Sitting/Care
This service is perfect for those who have pets and like to travel.  Your pet will remain in their own surroundings, which makes them  happier, more content, and stress free.  Every pet is treated as an individual and receives care based on its own unique personality.  You will have a much better time on your trip knowing your pets are safe at home.

Fake Plant Pick Up And Cleaning
Love your fake plants, but hate all the dust that is collecting  on the leaves? We will pick up your plants and they will be properly cleaned in a timely manner and delivered back to you looking like new.

House Sitting
While your away we will ensure the security, safety, and well being of your home, and belongings. Sitting for your home can involve taking care of pets and plants, bringing in the mail, or it can just mean spending weekends in the home while the owners are out of town.  We can customized a plan that will fit your needs to assure the proper care will be provided to your home.
Animal waste removal
Is your yard full of dog droppings?  Everyone hates to clean up the dog mess.  Now you don't have to.  We will pick up, and bag it for you.
